DROP-IN CLASS - $25

ONE GROUP CLASS PER WEEK - $80/month

TWO GROUP CLASSES PER WEEK - $120/month

"LIFE HAPPENS" CLASSES PER WEEK - (approximately 1.5 classes per week) - $100/month

 PURCHASE your first class subscription here.  You will receive an email from Wellness In Motion with a portal link.  Use the link, fill in the required information and change your password.  This will set you up with your own personal portal where you may schedule appointments and purchase group class packages.  To purchase a class package, click on SCHEDULE>BOOK AN APPOINTMENT>BOOK BY CLASS/SERVICE. Scroll to the bottom of the list -packages are located there.  You will receive a registration packet via email on your first purchase which will need to be completed prior to your first class.  Your subscription will automatically bill on  the same date each month unless / until you request a change.

APPARATUS CLASSES - $125 for fitness screening, $100 per private follow up sessions, $60 per person for duo apparatus sessions

PHYSICAL THERAPY - $125 for initial evaluation, $100 per follow up sessions

Medicare is accepted.  All others will be provided with superbill for out of network reimbursement.

POINTE READINESS ASSESSMENT - $125 for a one hour assessment of your child's readiness to begin pointe work in addition to their ballet classes.  The assessment evaluates foot structure and range of motion, hip and core strength, balance, proprioception, and ability to receive and make technical corrections.  On completion, your child will receive a home exercise program designed specifically for children moving into pointe / pre-pointe work, and a set of goals to improve success with pointe and reduce injury.  

Private and Semi-private apparatus classes, pointe readiness assessments, and physical therapy appointments  are held at my home, 12901 Percival Street, Chester, VA.

Use this link to register and SCHEDULE your first appointment.   Then watch your email; you will receive a welcome email from Wellness In Motion.  Use the link to sign into your patient/client portal, reset your password, and complete your registration forms under the DOCUMENTS tab. Select your appointment time under the APPOINTMENTS tab. Payment will be made the day of service. Initial evaluations, pointe readiness assessments, and Pilates screening sessions are $125. All private apparatus and physical therapy sessions following are $100.  Duo apparatus are $60 per person.  Medicare is accepted for physical therapy.
